Tokyo, March 2026 – Japanese streetwear icon A Bathing Ape (BAPE) has once again teamed up with Sanrio, this time delivering a vibrant Spring/Summer 2026 capsule collection that fuses classic Ura-Hara aesthetics with the beloved characters Hello Kitty and Kuromi.

The BAPE x Sanrio Characters SS26 lineup centers on two of Sanrio’s most recognizable figures: the timelessly cute Hello Kitty and the mischievous, punk-inspired Kuromi. The collaboration blends BAPE’s signature elements—such as ABC Camo patterns, Ape Head and MAD FACE motifs—with playful character integrations, creating a series of unisex pieces that appeal to both dedicated streetwear fans and kawaii enthusiasts.

  • Kuromi and Hello Kitty Camo Full Zip Hoodies featuring hood ears, felt patch details, and a detachable ribbon clip for Hello Kitty.

The drop began with an initial release on February 28, 2026, at BAPE stores and BAPE.com (initially more focused on Japan and select markets), followed by a wider U.S. availability on March 14, 2026, via US.BAPE.COM and authorized retailers.
